General Information

Bookings:
Check in is after 2pm and check out is 10am. Please notify us as soon as possible if you’ll require a late check out or early check in as it may incur a fee.

Age policy:
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parental guardian while camping. Anyone aged 18 – 25 will be expected to show ID on arrival and large groups may incur a behaviour bond.

Alcohol/Smoking:
All our buildings are strictly smoke free, including the units. We do ask you do not consume alcohol or smoke outside of your site out of respect for other guests.

Noise:
Out of respect for other guests, we ask noise is kept down after 10pm and up until 8am.

Pet policy:
Pets by arrangement only and definitely not on long weekends or over the Christmas period. View our Pet Policy and contact us if you require more information.

Fires:
Year round fire ban, open fires and fireworks are strictly prohibited in the camp.

Additional requirements for your stay:
Porta Cots and high chairs are available at no cost.

Cancellations:
Any cancellations made within 10 days of your booking will incur a cancellation fee of one nights tariff.

Distances:
We are situated approximately 20-25 minutes from Christchurch's City Centre, about 10 minutes from the Palms and Northwood shopping Malls, and 20 minutes from the Airport.
