Payment Policy

Payment in full is required for online bookings. Your credit card will be charged in full to complete your booking.

Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled within 7 days of arrival, you will be charged one night's stay and a cancellation fee of $20.00.

If you cancel earlier than 7 days prior to arrival a $20.00 cancellation fee per site/room will be deducted from any payments.

If you book through a third party (online travel agent) you're booking is non-refundable.

No refunds will be given for early departures or late arrivals.

A no-show is considered a cancelled booking and will be treated as such.

No refunds for inclement weather conditions.

Child Policy

We are a family friendly camp - children are welcome!

Rates are calculated using the following age groups:

Infants ~ 2 years and under are free of charge.
Children ~ 3-15 years.
Adult ~ 16 and over.

Anyone under the age of 18 years must be staying with a parent or guardian.

Young adults 18 - 25 years may be asked for a $50 behavior bond per person, please contact the office for more information.

Check-Out -10am (unless prior arrangement has been made)
Check-in - 1pm

Pets
No visitors pets permitted all year.
1st September - 1st May strictly no pets at all.
Pets may be allowed on campsites only by prior arrangement with the Camp Manager from the 1st May - 1st September. Additional rules will also apply.
Failure to follow the above conditions will result in you being asked to leave immediately.
Strictly no pets in accommodation.
